Job Description:

The Sales & Marketing Associate will be responsible for exploring the market, attracting new customers, and driving business growth. This role requires individuals who are proactive, target-driven, and have a strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies:

• Execute promotions and liaise with Casino Operations and Guest Services Departments to ensure smooth processing of bookings and service delivery.
• Provide updated promotional content to the Marketing Head to maintain relevancy.
• Coordinate Casino collateral and marketing projects.
• Supervise staff, customer relations management, analyses, reporting.
• Determine demand for particular products and services, from the gaming floor to entertainment.
• Design rewards programs for frequent visitors.
• Develop pricing strategies.
• Analyze all marketing data and develop strategies for maximization of casino revenue.
• Plan and ensure effective execution of production calendar through email campaigns and direct mails.
• Manage all communication for creative designs and prepare all brochures, promotional flyers and videos.
• Prepare marketing activities accordingly.Have to go for field visit.
• Other tasks to be performed as assigned by the BD Manager/Supervisor.
