• Candidate must have knowledge of Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering (HORECA) sales.
• Good network with clients and past experience working in HORECA.
• Ability to identify ways of expanding sales growth in various fields.
• Identify ways to tackle areas with weak sales.
• Approach all kinds and grades of hotels, restaurants, franchised restaurants, party palaces, banquets, motels, etc.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly payment targets.
• Prepare monthly sales targets vs achievement.
• Prepare a beat plan to ensure optimal route visits on a monthly basis.
• Abide by the company policies regarding field sales and work for the overall betterment of company growth.
