- Proven Experience in marketing in NGOs, or INGOs, Government institutions for star hotel for more than 5-7 years.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Strong strategic thinking and leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to develop effective strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to increase sales targets by approaching to the corporate companies, local, province and federal authorities, NGO, INGOs etc.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Supervise sales officers and provide leadership to the sales team.
- Determine plans by implementing marketing strategies and analyzing trends and results to increase company profit.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales, and projecting expected sales volumes and profits.
- Maintain sales volume by tracking changing trends, competitors, and influences for forward improvements.
- Create reports on sales performance and update action plans and financial objectives.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities to increase sales.
- Attend all department meetings.
- Achieve sales growth and sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
