Qualifications | Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue for hotels and resorts under the CG Hospitality
- Identify potential clients and corporate partnerships to increase bookings and expand our market presence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agents, tour operators, and corporate partners
- Plan and implement digital and offline marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
- Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and prepare sales reports for management review
- Travel frequently to our properties in Bharatpur, Chitwan.
