Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• More than 2 years of experience in a similar sales and marketing role 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Attention to detail and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously 
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze data 
• Valid scooter license. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives 
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify potential customers and market trends 
• Create and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients 
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote Variety Fresh Agro Products 
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide product information to potential customers 
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts 
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products 
• Uphold the company's image and brand standards at all times.
