Qualification/Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales and proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, preferably in the brewery industry along with ability to think strategically and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients, build and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Attain and achieve sales target and distribution, monitor market trends and competitor activities in order to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient delivery of products and services.
