Jobs and Responsibilities:
- Formulate strategic plans and drive to increase sales of the department.
- Improvise current procedures in a sales call centre to increase conversion of leads.
- Collaborate, coordinate and train diverse teams of sales and customer service and make them highly efficient.
- Assist in the formulation of targets for individuals and teams
- Should possess the ability to optimize procedures and keep staff motivated
- Measure performance with key metrics such as call abandonment, call waiting etc.
- Keep management informed on issues and problems
- Prepare monthly/annual results and performance reports.
Minimum Qualifications & Specifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in business faculty, MBA will be added advantage
- Proven exceptional track record with two years of experience in sales
- Experience in the Call center will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in English and Nepali Language.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint.
- Outstanding Leadership, Communication and Negotiation abilities
- Results-oriented.
