Job Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and recommend the perfect KIA.
  • Proactively identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels to generate sales leads
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through a combination of showroom sales, outdoor client visits, and lead generation activities.
  • Conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations, highlighting KIA’s features and benefits.
  • Handle customer inquiries, negotiate sales terms, and close deals.
  • Process all necessary paperwork and ensure a smooth customer buying experience.
  • Participate in showroom activities, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Stay up-to-date on KIA’s latest products and promotions.

 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in car sales or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum Completion of Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales and marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in sales, preferably in the automobile industry or a related field, is advantageous.
  • A strong understanding of the Nepali automotive market.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • A passion for KIA automobiles and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • A target-oriented and results-driven mindset.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
