Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor/Master Degree in a related field
- Background in a similar filed within an FMCG company, with a minimum of 7-8 years of proven experience (manager level) and minimum of 3-4 years (executive level)
- Understanding of retail coverage norms in Nepal and proficiency in DMS or SFA applications will be preferable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve top line target with proper planning as per the potential of the territory
- Ensure Healthy growth over L/Y
- Plan and ensure the targeted distribution expansion/visibility
- Plan and execute effective marketing tools as per strategy of the company to increase the market share
- Optimize the cost of operation
- Timely reconciliation of distributors account and ensure timely Bank Guarantee renewals
- Monitor team efficiency and deliver positive results.
