HVAC Sales Executive qualifications:
- Must have valid driving license and own two wheelers.
- Should be 12th, passed and Bachelor’s running or bachelor’s degree completed.
- 2 years of experience in Air Conditioner sales or a similar sales role, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Must have excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Job Description:
- Identify and prospect potential customers in the HVAC industry including contractors, builders, architectures, property owners and dealers.
- find out leads by identifying and visiting new construction sites.
- Gathering detail information about new construction project and its owners/contractors/facilitators.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while following company pricing and profitability guidelines.
- Coordination with Dealers, taking orders and maintain professional relationship.
- Area expansion and achieving the target provided by the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to promote customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as installation and customer service, to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors to effectively position our offerings in the market.
