• Experience Required: Freshers can apply as training will be provided. Experience in customer support or sales will be added advantage. 
• Qualification Required: Bachelor Degree in any discipline with strong command over Written and Spoken English.
• Good Knowledge of MS Office
• Understanding of Marketing and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and fast learner.

Job Commitment: Minimum 1 year.

Responsibilities:

• Selected candidates should carry out, follow up the task provided by their managers, and therefore require good adaptability, quick learning skills and should have attention to detail
• Prioritize needs in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Monitor the level of Customer Satisfaction on a regular basis.
• Actively look for new sales opportunities through networking, negotiation skills and cold calling.
• Prepare reports, templates and maintain CRM.
• Maintain, assist and endure the efficient Sales Activity plans and conduction.

Other Information:

• Office Time: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (8 hours)
• Incentives will be provided on the basis of performance and if eligibility requirements are met, must have completed probation period.
