Other Specification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of IT solutions and technologies is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive attitude.
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications; experience with CRM software is a plus.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling and online networking.
  • Assist in building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering a positive experience.
  • Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and potential client needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Work closely with senior sales executives and other departments to align efforts and share insights.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
