Experience Requirement:

• At least 5-10 years worked as a sales man/woman.
• English language fluency (reading and writing is the must).
• Should be Open minded with team spirit.
• Working Attitude must be honest and Loyal and Hardworking with kindness. 
• Candidate must be able to work under pressure.  
• Candidates must have English fluency in Reading, writing , speaking and listening and had strong ability to make sells.

Salary: 30k with Bonus.

Working time: Available to work day and night (split shifts: half day, half night).

Note: English language is mandatory and evaluation will be based on Sales Performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Address customer inquiries on our e-commerce platform and social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
• Product Expertise: Develop comprehensive knowledge of our products to effectively assist and guide customers in their purchasing decisions.
• Sales Process Management: Oversee the sales journey, ensuring that customers receive assistance from initial inquiry through to order fulfillment and delivery.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat purchases.
• Issue Resolution: Proactively address and resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Sales Reporting: Monitor sales metrics and provide insights on customer trends and preferences to enhance our offerings.
