  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the trading industry.
  • Must have a valid license and a personal vehicle for travel.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills.

 

Salary: Competitive salary of 25k per month plus bonus based on performance.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in order to increase sales and promote the organization's products and services.
  • Communicate with potential customers to identify their needs and present suitable product solutions.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Regularly report on sales activities and performance to the sales manager.
  • Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing and resolving any issues or concerns.
  • Keep accurate records of sales, clients, and transactions using our CRM system.
  • Stay updated with industry developments, trends, and advancements to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
