Job Description:
- Responsible for sales in assigned product and targeted area
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase volume
- Coordinate with dealers, wholesalers and representatives of area allotted for the achievement of sales target
- Follow up for Payments with Dealers
- Provide sales management, budget control, compensation programs and incentive planning
- Organize and monitor sales target and distributors performance
- Focus on acquiring new customers, developing close relations and providing excellent customer service
- Implement scheme as per the guidelines
- Develop new clients and areas for promotion of products
- Availability of products at the right place
- Good knowledge of Nepal's Geography, for route-planning
- Inform about competitor & industries analysis
- Prepare and submit weekly sales of distributors & scheme effectiveness report
- Prepare and submit Monthly sales plan
- Maintain competitive knowledge to create and adjust sales strategies
- Experience in Hardware Market or relevant industry, prior dealing with dealers, will be preferable.
