Job Description

The ideal candidate for this position will help us identify new lead-generation opportunities and monitor our existing clients and their requirements. You will conduct market research, develop new processes, and maintain proper documentation to assist with these efforts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Able to pitch ideas in a different educational institution
• Assist in newer marketing approaches
• Handling sales inquiries
• Making a call and emails for sales to the leads generated
• Solving the customer's issues in an effective manner
• Exploring new ideas to reduce customer complaints and minimize customer support
• Taking feedback from customers regarding the product and their experience with the organization

Note: Must have a two-wheeler with a valid license.
