Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree, having an MBA will be an advantage
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and at least 4 years of experience in leading a sales team within a Province or all Nepal
- Experience and exposure to Personal care and Baby care categories will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of Ms-Excel and PowerPoint will be preferable.
Responsibilities:
- Develop effective sales strategies in collaboration with the Business Head
- Achieve company revenue, channel profitability targets and drive annual growth
- Develop agile route to market (RTM) plans and perfect execution ensuring optimized coverage
- Appointment and managing relationships and profitability of channel and trade partners (distributors)
- Product listing, gain share of shelf , perfect merchandising in Modern Trade
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies and accordingly plan to forecast the demand
- Person with high energy level and eagerness to learn and lead a team with strong relationship management.
