Job Description:

  • Candidate should know the market trend of Electric Scooter in Pokhara region,
  • Candidate should analyze the monthly total sales of Electric Scooter in Pokhara region and pricing range;
  • Candidate should analyze the perspective buyers and make a report;
  • Candidate should meet and greet the influencers and other business houses and start campaign for showcasing the scooter at Pokhara region;
  • Candidate should develop sales strategies in order to target users;
  • Candidate should analyze the buying behavior of customers and visitors to make it in cash to the sales;
  • Candidate should analyze and make checklist, how the visitors are converted into sales while sales pitch and should implement same to the next visitors as well with necessary improvisation;
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and keep up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our products.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitable outcomes for the company.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the Head Office on a regular basis.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our products;
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner;
  • Keep detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the auto parts industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of auto parts and the automotive industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

 

Offered Salary: No bar for deserving candidate.

 

Benefits:

  • CIT 10% by organization 
  • Sales Incentive- 1.5% of Collection amount.

 

Note: Preference will be given to a deserving girl with a proven track record in digital engagement, specifically on platforms like TikTok and Reels.
