Job Description:

  • Should be able to independently develop and implement sales strategies and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Build and maintain relationships with all the stakeholders at Doctors, Stockiests, Chemists, Hospital level.
  • Compliance and Ethically strong.
  • Plan, monitor, and review team performance and align their individual objectives with the organization’s objectives to raise the overall performance as per their expectation. 

 

Requirements:

  • Preferably management degree holder with science background.
  • More than 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales in Nepal with strong understanding of the Nepalese market and local norms.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in the managerial role.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong ability to adapt to new situations and changing market conditions.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of financial principles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Should have strong data analysis, market trend analysis skills and problem solving skills.
  • Strong Leadership skills. Should be able to motivate and lead the whole Nepal Sales team.
