Job Description:
- Should be able to independently develop and implement sales strategies and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Build and maintain relationships with all the stakeholders at Doctors, Stockiests, Chemists, Hospital level.
- Compliance and Ethically strong.
- Plan, monitor, and review team performance and align their individual objectives with the organization’s objectives to raise the overall performance as per their expectation.
Requirements:
- Preferably management degree holder with science background.
- More than 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales in Nepal with strong understanding of the Nepalese market and local norms.
- At least 5 years’ experience in the managerial role.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong ability to adapt to new situations and changing market conditions.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of financial principles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Should have strong data analysis, market trend analysis skills and problem solving skills.
- Strong Leadership skills. Should be able to motivate and lead the whole Nepal Sales team.
