• Proven ability in Technical selling
• Proven history of Sales Achievement
• Strong knowledge of diesel generator sets and their applications
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Good understanding of market trends and competition
• Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Fluency in English and Nepali
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business events.
