Qualifications/Skills:
Bachelor/Master degree with at least 7 years of experience in sales and proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, preferably in the snacks sector along with ability to think strategically and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales representatives; develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue target.

- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
