Key Responsibilities:
- Build Partnerships: Meet and collaborate with travel agents, corporate clients, and tour operators to promote the resort.
- Drive Bookings: Strategically increase bookings by getting our resort included in regular travel itineraries and generating series business.
- Develop MICE & Wedding Market: Work with wedding planners, corporate event managers, and other partners to grow our presence in the MICE and wedding market.
- Market Research: Stay updated on market trends and competitors to adapt our strategies and maintain a competitive pricing edge.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Set and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets to support the resort’s growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Proven sales experience in hospitality industry.
- Strong Networking Skills: Ability to build relationships with travel agents, event planners, and corporate clients.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized & Results-Oriented: Strong planning skills and ability to meet targets.
- Flexibility: Comfortable with travel and a flexible schedule to meet clients as needed.
