• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the real estate or sales and marketing field.
• Minimum educational qualification of +2, with a bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must hold a valid two-wheeler license.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to promote and sell properties effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
