Job Description:
- Responsible for Coverage expansion by enlisting new retailers and reaching out to them by restructuring beats and routing through distributor
- 100% compliance of Sales processes and systems in the assigned territory
- Building relationship with business partners and customers and driving specific objectives within Nepal
- Arranging for demonstrations at customer sites in conjunction with chef
- Responsible for distributor stock movement and rotation
- Market, competition analysis
- Driving and Achieving Secondary and Primary Sales, Main Category
- Looking after Distributor and Market Management.
- Ensuring optimum sales coverage implementation and execution.
- Conduct workshops or attend training sessions in regular intervals beyond office house.
