Sales Officer

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team.
  • Networking with new and existing dealers in the territory and building relationships with them.
  • Responsible for the development of distributors, dealers, and new sales channels for selling the company products.
  • Ensure the timely payment collection and sales order.
  • Working on monthly sales and revenue targets as set by the sales manager.
  • Organizing and attending marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
  • Follow the activities of competitors
  • Maintains relationships with clients and dealers by providing support, information, guidance, and service improvements.
  • Contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan.
  • Supporting the marketing manager in day to day marketing activities.
  • Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services in a variety of media (social, print, etc.)
  • To submit visit reports on a daily basis and expense statements on a regular basis.
  • To assist in the implementation of the marketing strategy with specific objectives and targets as decided by the management.
  • To supply sufficient information to the marketing manager to enable effective budgetary control of specific areas of activity.

 

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in the marketing & sales or business administration.
  • Experience: Above 2 years’ experience as a sales and marketing officer in the paints products is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to develop sales and marketing strategies with effective communication.
  • Valid driving license is required
  • Should be willing to travel extensively across designated area.
