Job Description:

• Prepare the monthly and daily visit plans and execute the coverage plan
• Conduct market visits, generate quality enquiries and conversion into sales
• Reporting of the enquiries in the system and periodic update
• Collection of the relevant database of the prospect
• Competition analysis and report the activity
• Achieve monthly sales target
• Collection of receivables if any.

Job Specification:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Fresher in cement Industry may also apply
• Proven experience in sales and marketing in Cement sales, Sahakari marketing or network based sales business with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven mindset.
• Candidate should have his/her own bike/scooter.
