Job Description:
- Identify and contact potential customers.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess route coverage, competitor activity, and continuously search for new opportunities to increase sales.
- Present and demonstrate products to prospective clients.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to enhance product visibility and increase sales at retail locations.
- Meet or exceed sales targets.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to maximize profitability.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Maintain accurate sales records and daily reports to track performance and progress.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of the FMCG market and understanding of consumer behavior.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Valid driver’s license.
