• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a showroom or clothing store.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Nepali, Hindi, and English.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Responsive and attentive with strong customer service skills.
• Flexible, adaptable & punctual.
• Driven to achieve sales targets and contribute to team success.

• Answering queries & concerns of clients
• Sharing insights and feedback to ensure the overall sales strategy
• Participating in the training session and workshop offered by the company
• Keeping up-to-date with the knowledge about the products and services being sold
• Prioritizing task and managing time efficiently to meet sales target
• Keeping product stock
• Addressing client concerns and finding solutions to overcome challenges in the sales process
• Addressing any issue that may arise post purchase
• Maintaining high level of motivation and resilience
• Reflecting on the day's activities and analyzing success and areas for improvement.
