Job Description:

  • Identifying potential customers: Researching and identifying potential leads or customers who may be interested in the products or services offered by the company.
  • Prospecting and lead generation: Actively reaching out to potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, email campaigns, or social media platforms to generate sales leads.
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships: Developing and nurturing relationships with existing and new customers to understand their needs, address their concerns, and provide solutions that align with their requirements.
  • Product knowledge: Acquiring in-depth knowledge about the products or services offered by the company and effectively communicating their features, benefits, and value proposition to potential customers.
  • Sales presentations and demonstrations: Conduct presentations or demonstrations to showcase the products or services, highlighting their key features and advantages to persuade potential customers to make a purchase.
  • Negotiation and closing deals: Negotiating sales terms, pricing, and contracts with customers to close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
  • Sales reporting: Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, leads, and deals, and regularly providing reports or updates to the sales manager or team.
  • Keeping up with industry trends: Staying informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, and continuously updating product knowledge to stay competitive and effectively position the company's offerings.

 

Job Specification:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative for one year.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Customer-oriented approach with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
  • Familiarity with the industry, market trends, and competitors' landscape.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel when necessary.
