- Identify and pursue new business leads interested in our logistic services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct cold calls to understand clients' business needs and present our solutions.
- Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition to our operational team.
- Develop strategies to increase sales and meet monthly targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective sales campaigns.
- Provide regular feedback to management on market trends and client needs.
Job Specification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in logistics or related industries
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to take on challenges and a hunger for growth.
