Job Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate sales and expand the customer
base. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales deals successfully.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Prepare Quotation and proposal as per necessity of clients.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor and report on sales performance, including sales forecasts and pipeline
management. - Provide regular updates on sales activities and market insights.
- Utilize lead squared software to track and manage customer interactions and sales data.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or e-commerce sector.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
Skills and Abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and team members.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Valid driver’s license and scooter/bike.
