Key Responsibility Area (KRA):
- Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
- Build new customer base to maximize sales.
- Retain existing customers by providing prompt customer services
- Meeting or exceeding Sales Goals.
- Identification of potential new sales opportunities
- Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets.
- Focuses Sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
- Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
- Monitors Competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules and techniques.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to immediate supervisor.
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to manage business relationships to ensure future Sales.
- Ensure the items are displayed correctly in the malls, supermarkets, and other sales points.
- Supervise the activities of the sales team including marketing activities like product activations.
Report: Daily Sales Report, Outlets Visit Report / Call Reports, Weekly Work Plans, Monthly & Annual Territory Analyses Report.
Experience: Fresher or1 Years plus.
Education: +2 in business-related course with emphasis on marketing.
Required Skills: Communication Skills, Leadership Skills, Reporting Skills.
