Job Description:
- Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and customer service standards.
- Identify new market opportunities and assist in expanding the customer base.
- Resolve customer issues and escalations promptly and professionally.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Running / Degree
- 2-3 years experience in FMCG Specially (Masala & Spices)
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel within the assigned territory.
- Proven experience in FMCG sales, preferably with [mention specific product categories, e.g., food and beverages, personal care, household goods].
- Strong understanding of the FMCG market, including distribution channels, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
