Sales Supervisor

Job Description:

  • Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and customer service standards.
  • Identify new market opportunities and assist in expanding the customer base.
  • Resolve customer issues and escalations promptly and professionally.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Running / Degree
  • 2-3 years experience in FMCG Specially (Masala & Spices)
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Proven experience in FMCG sales, preferably with [mention specific product categories, e.g., food and beverages, personal care, household goods].
  • Strong understanding of the FMCG market, including distribution channels, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
