MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and execute all sales-related activities and ensure monthly sales target is met.
- Monitor, mentor, and manage the sales team as well as their duty shifts.
- Ensure timely follow-up on payments and uninstallation.
- Ensure proper documentation.
- Prepare timely reports and presentations.
- Conduct field visits as and when required.
- Handle branding-related tasks and manage the team accordingly.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors and above in any discipline with a minimum of 1 year and 6 months experience or Intermediate with 3 years experience in a similar field.
- Excellent communication skills. A team player with a can-do attitude.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications. Good presentation skills
- Mature and self-motivated person with leadership abilities to get things done
- Team management skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Owning a vehicle and driving license is highly preferred.
