Job Description

Sales person/Associates duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about your products and recommend the right solutions. You should also be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction. You should stay up-to-date with product features and maintain our store’s visual appearance in high standards.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers and demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
• Helps customers select products, answers questions, and shares product knowledge.
• Creates or updates customer profile records.
• Processes purchases and returns.
• Alerts management of potential security issues.
• Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Helps with the store opening and closing process.

Working hours: (10:00 AM to 8:00 PM for male, 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM for female)-including breaks.

Salary range: (12K -20K) depending upon the experience of the candidate.

Days off: Monthly four days off/plus others upon negotiation.
