Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business & Management related subjects
- Proven experience in a similar role is preferred; however, candidates with a strong background in administrative roles with a focus on customer service are also encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English (any additional language skill is an advantage)
- Strong IT (especially Microsoft Office 365) skills
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and coachable
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for client service
- Ability to inspire and manage a team to deliver top-quality results
- Flexibility to adapt and problem-solve the demands and challenges of the business
- Genuine interest in the beauty field, with knowledge of current industry trends and services.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience within the beauty or wellness industry
- Strong marketing and social media skills to enhance salon promotion
- Analytical abilities for tracking performance, setting goals, and optimising services
- Creativity and strategic thinking to develop and implement business initiatives
- Familiarity with booking software and other salon management tools
- Having teaching and training skills, qualifications and experience is an advantage.
