Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver engaging science lessons to secondary-level students in line with the curriculum.
• Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments to foster active learning.
• Utilize innovative teaching methods to explain complex scientific concepts.
• Conduct practical experiments and demonstrations in the laboratory.
• Evaluate and monitor students' progress through tests, assignments, and feedback.
• Maintain a safe and conducive learning environment in the classroom and laboratory.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
• Provide support and mentorship to students for academic growth and career guidance.
• Prepare students for Basic Level Examination (BLE) and Secondary Education Examination (SEE) with focused guidance and strategies.

Other Specification

• Bachelor's Degree in Science or related field.
• Teaching certification or relevant experience in education.
• Strong subject knowledge in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
