Job Description
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans in line with the National Curriculum and instructional materials for teaching English language and literature to secondary level students.
- Foster a deep understanding of English grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing skills, and literary analysis among students.
- Encourage a love for reading, critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication skills among students.
- Observing, guiding, supervising, and assessing children while they learn in the classroom environment.
- Creating and maintaining a safe, clean, stimulating classroom where all children feel safe and valued.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes active participation and student engagement.
- Setting an excellent example for students and instilling good values in them like honesty, accountability, understanding, tolerance, respect, love, and kindness.
- Monitoring and assessing student progress and writing up reports.
