Job Description:
- Prepare required documents like: Share Lagat, Board Minutes, AGM Minutes and Other
- Document as per Government Act, Rules and Regulations
- Organizing Board Meeting and Preparing all required documents for Board Meeting
- To keep the list of all decision made by Board and follow up on the implementation ofdecision made by Board
- To coordinate with company secretary, Legal Advisor, Legal Consultants as and whenrequired
- Previously worked as Secretarial position can also apply
- Other work as required.
