Other Specification:

• Bachelors  degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar field.
• Atleast 5 years of experience in a finance-related role in a manufacturing company preferably steel industry . 
• Expertise in financial analysis and budgeting.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing/Engineering industry.
• Excellent book records keeping and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and financial software.
• CPA or similar certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of Swastik and Tally compulsory.
• Should liaise with auditors , CA and banks.

Note: 

• Preference will be given to candidates with 5years experience as accountant in a steel industry.
• Preference shall be given to local candidates but if you are a deserving candidate from outside Hetauda accomodation facility will be provided.

Job Description:

• Manage the finance and accounting functions of the organization and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. 
• Prepare financial statements, monthly VAT returns, quarterly report, P/L statement, trial balance, budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports.
• Develop and maintain financial systems and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas of improvement, and devise strategies to optimize financial performance.
• Prepare and file tax returns.
• Monitor cash flow and liquidity.
• Negotiate contracts and other financial transactions.
• Develop and implement financial strategies and plans.
• Liaise with auditors and other external stakeholders.
