Other Specification:

• At least Master's degree with specialization in Accounts, Finance or in any related field
• At least five years of experience in the field of accounting and/or finance with at least 4 years'  additional experience in senior accountant positions
• Good knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
• Good knowledge of accounting such as journal, ledger, reconciliation, keeping voucher and financial statements
• Good knowledge of finance such as cash flow, capital budgeting, ratio analysis etc.
• Good knowledge of VAT, tax, TDS, production management and government policies
• Sound knowledge on banking procedures and insurance
• Knowledge on ERP system.

Job Description:

• Checking all accounting aspects, entering into accounting system & filing monthly VAT.
• Prepare and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts, Journal, Vouchers, ledgers etc.
• Reconciliation of all required accounts.
• Handling legal issues related to accounting & preparing annual files of all the necessary documents to assist external auditors in compiling audits.
• Updating /renewing all documents/certification as per requirement of the company.
• Undertake other administrative and financial tasks as required.
• Corresponding with banks, follow up with other departments, external agencies and Tax Offices, Preparing memos, letters and other correspondences as  per requirement
• Monitoring and guiding assistant accountant in all office related activities.
