• Qualification: Chartered Accountant, semi-qualified CA. Minimum Experience 3 years
• Atleast 2 to 3 years of experience in accounts field.
• Must have sound knowledge of Accounting Principles, Tally, MS Word and MS Excel.
• Banking Regulations regarding loan and ability to deal with banking personels.

Job Description:

• Manage and oversee the monthly payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Perform detailed reconciliations of accounts receivable and payable, as well as conduct thorough bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
• Lead month-end reconciliation processes to close out financial accounts, ensuring completeness and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Take responsibility for the loan renewal process  deal with bank personel.
• Manage the invoicing process, ensuring timely and accurate billing to clients or customers.
• Generate and present management reports as needed, providing key financial insights to support decision-making processes.
• VAT Reconciliation and TDS reconciliation
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of the books of accounts and lead the team of subordinates.
