• Responsible for installation, configuration and deployment of server and application.
• Responsible for maintaining, improving, and supporting the overall architecture of systems, networks, or software applications.
• Responsible for handling hardware and software updates according to need and integrate seamlessly in current system.
• Responsible for proper documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Responsible for system performance monitoring and proactively identifying areas of improvement or optimization.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand technical concepts and provide solutions.
• Responsible for conducting research on new tools and technologies and propose for implementation to enhance system performance and business operations.
• Responsible for security integration in systems, ensure compliance regulations like ISO 27001:2022, PCI/DSS, and mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Responsible for task automation and infrastructure management.
• Responsible for performance optimization, capacity planning and scaling.

Skill & Experience:

• Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems
• Experience with virtualization technologies like VMware, KVM etc.
• Experience with HCI technologies.
• Knowledge of scripting languages for automation tasks.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools and alerting systems.
• Should be able to analyze problems and provide solution ideas.
• Should be able to process backup and restore systems.
• Basic experience with database technologies such as MySQL, MSSQL etc. and DevOps practices.
• Good communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to keep up to date with the latest technologies and implement the best tools as per requirements.
• Ability to research for new tools and services
• Should be a team player and have collaborative approach.
