Academic Qualification:
- Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction management.
Work Experience and Eligibility Criteria:
- Must have 15 years or more relevant working experience in the building construction sector, preferably on projects funded by International Development Agencies.
- Possess wide experience in the contract and procurement management, checking of quantities, and certifying interim payment certificates, recommend extensions of time and variation orders.
- Shall have management leadership and corporate culture promoting qualities.
- Must have high level of analytical skills, capable of quickly sensing the interests of stakeholders and acting upon accordingly. Proficient in report writing both in English.
- Shall be recognized from his/her past performances.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Shall be familiar with Auto Cad, Excel, Word and MS Project.
- Must have valid two-wheeler driving license.
Salary and Fringe Benefits: Negotiable depending on the proven competency of the candidate.
Duration: Two and half years with two months probation period.
Starting date: Immediately after successful negotiation.
