Counsellor will assist student for study abroad; follow up with the student, solving student queries; develop & maintain relationship with key external stakeholder including agents, partners and education institutes.

Requirements

• Counselling prospective students processing for admission and related services
• Knowledge about the Overseas Admission Process, SOP, Student Visa
• Interact with students, parents & professionals in person and assist them for overseas University admissions.
• Understand the student requirement and expectations and help them find the right university & courses
• Advise prospective students to determine their educational goals and actively guide them through each phase of the admissions process
• Handling student queries particularly those looking to study abroad
• TITI Certified Counselor a plus

Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge of the international education sector in countries mentioned
• High emotional intelligence, strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, strong attention to details
• Easy Going and dedicated personality in the field of study abroad sector
