Job Description:
- Lead and mentor a team of counsellors in providing comprehensive guidance to students, focusing on academic, personal, and social development. Promote innovative counselling practices to enhance student support.
- Strategize and oversee the promotion of Platinum and Gold-rated university partners, fostering key relationships and collaborations to optimize student placements.
- Initiate and supervise engagement strategies, maintaining continuous communication with prospective and current students across various platforms to ensure high student satisfaction and support.
- Lead the planning and execution of promotional activities such as seminars, open days, and educational expos, overseeing the creation of high-quality promotional materials and content, including videos.
- Develop and implement mechanisms for tracking and reporting on key performance metrics, refining these processes to align with the consultancy’s strategic goals.
- Manage and enhance the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to ensure effective data management and alignment with business strategies and compliance standards.
- Ensure the protection and confidential handling of all student records and sensitive information, setting standards for and monitoring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the counselling team, organizing and leading training sessions to enhance skills and foster a supportive work environment.
