Job Role: Dispatch Officer:

• Responsible for all Dispatch management and dispatch of finished goods from the factory Stock.
• Experience in making dispatch plans according to the requirement.
• Coordinate with the sales team to draw up the demand documentation for dispatch planning and execution.
• Ensure to build relationships with the transporters and new transport vendor creation.
• Accountable to handle any customer interactions till the goods reach the customer.
• Manage the dispatch team for 100% supply on time.
• Prepare all the reports and records related to logistics and transporters.
• Ability to manage several delivery schedules and tasks at the same time.
• Ensure required vehicle condition from plant to delivery location.
• Timely response to all complaints/queries.
• No lapse in coordination between the dispatch schedule and the transporter’s availability.
• Zero rejection due to vehicle condition.
• Supervise daily operations of the dispatch department.

Requirement:

• Graduate in any stream with relevant experience in Logistics & Dispatch management
• At least 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role in a Manufacturing company.
