Principal Accountabilities:
- Organizing, and executing the plan in the assigned area within the framework of the Sales Policy at Nimbus
- Contribute to sales growth as guided by Area Sales Plan
- Sales supervision, business distribution and network expansion
- Contribute to achieving Gross Profit NKK Target
- Feasibility study for new business addition and portfolio strengthening
- Maintain Sales Volume in assigned areas by tracking changing trends in the market, economic indicators, competitors, and supply & demand
- Assessment of dealer’s and sub-dealer’s capacity, commitment, and performance
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networking, etc
Initiate and execute the product promotion plan - Field demo, commercial trial, and farmer meet for product and market development
- Ensure a healthy business environment and customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with veterinary clinics, hospitals, and other potential customers.
