Department: Procurement

Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Supply Chain Management).

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of procurement experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.

Note: Fresh graduates who are passionate about starting a career in procurement are also encouraged to apply).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in planning and managing the procurement of hospital supplies, and equipment
2. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality goods
3. Negotiate with vendors to secure advantageous terms
4. Maintain records of purchases, inventory, and suppliers
5. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and standards.

Skills:

1. Strong communication and negotiation skills
2. Attention to detail and organizational abilities
3. Knowledge of procurement processes and hospital supply requirements (Preferred)
4. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant procurement software.
