Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee geological exploration, mapping, and resource estimation, ensuring accurate evaluation of mineral deposits.
• Develop and update mineral reserve models, prepare mining schemes, and ensure compliance with DMG and environmental standards.
• Guide and support the mining team to maintain consistent raw material quality for the cement plant.
• Plan core drilling activities and prepare mine operation schedules aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure safe, cost-effective, and sustainable mining operations while preparing technical reports and maintaining compliance.

Qualifications:

• B.E. in Mining or M.Sc. in mining geology or M Sc. in geology
• At least ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­3 years of prior experience in quarrying & or mineral exploration & or mapping.
• It will be advantageous to have working knowledge in ESRI applications ArcMap & AutoCAD
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft products including MS Visio, MS Office, Excel, and Share Point, is desirable.
